Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of Change Order Pro Contractor, provided by G-Labs Studio.
1. Business tool; professional review required
The App helps create business documents and AI-assisted drafts. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, engineering, safety, or construction advice. You are responsible for reviewing all project details, scope, costs, calculations, dates, signatures, tax treatment, contract terms, and legal compliance before relying on or sharing a document.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Subscriptions
Pro features may be offered through auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscriptions processed by Apple. The price displayed in the App Store purchase flow is the amount that applies to your storefront. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App or your App account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
4. Trials and introductory offers
Any trial or introductory offer is controlled by Apple and is subject to eligibility and the terms shown in the purchase confirmation. At the end of an applicable trial, the subscription may renew at the displayed price unless cancelled.
5. AI allowance and acceptable use
Pro plans may include a monthly allowance shared across Contractor AI and Invoice Assistant. Allowances, reset dates, and plan limits are displayed in the App and may differ by plan. Attempts to bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer the service, or submit unlawful or harmful content are prohibited.
6. AI output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular project. You must review and approve all generated content. We do not guarantee that AI output will meet legal, contractual, code, safety, pricing, or customer requirements.
7. Your content
You retain responsibility for the content you enter, upload, sign, or generate. You represent that you have authority to process customer details, photos, signatures, addresses, and project information. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, synchronize, and generate requested outputs.
8. Availability and changes
Features may change, be improved, or be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, service-provider outages, or technical limitations. We may update plan features and limits for future subscription periods, subject to applicable law and App Store rules.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, G-Labs Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the App, AI output, business decisions, project disputes, data loss, or service interruption.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for unlawful use, abuse, security risks, or material violation of these Terms.
