Account deletion information and instructions for Change Order Pro Contractor.
Privacy choices
Account deletion permanently removes your account and synchronized data, subject to limited retention required for security, legal, backup, or transaction purposes.
Delete inside the App
- Open Change Order Pro.
- Open Workspace Settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the App, email support.glabsstudio@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We may request reasonable verification before deleting data.
Important: Account deletion does not cancel your Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions separately in your Apple Account settings.
What is deleted
- Account profile and authentication linkage
- Projects, change orders, invoices, and workspace settings
- Cloud-stored photos, signatures, and logos associated with the account
- AI usage records where deletion is not restricted by security, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations
Processing time
In-App deletion is designed to begin immediately. Some copies may remain temporarily in backups or logs before scheduled deletion.
