Terms of Use

1. Purpose of the App

AI Estimator Pro is a business productivity tool for creating and managing customers, projects, estimates, invoices, change orders, payment records, photos, files and related documents. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, engineering, architectural, safety or other licensed professional advice.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all project scope, measurements, quantities, labor, material prices, taxes, discounts, customer details, totals, payment status and documents before relying on or sharing them. You remain responsible for your contracts, business decisions, regulatory compliance and work performed.

3. AI-Generated Content

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular project. AI-generated estimates, descriptions, summaries and recommendations are drafts and must be independently reviewed. G-Labs Studio does not guarantee the accuracy of AI output or that it reflects current local prices, laws, codes or conditions.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device access. Provide accurate account information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant G-Labs Studio and its service providers a limited permission to process, store, synchronize, secure, transmit, generate and export that content only as needed to operate and support AI Estimator Pro. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload or process the content.

6. Photos, Files and Customer Information

You are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions or consents required before entering customer information or uploading photos, documents, signatures or files. Do not use the app to store unlawful content or information you are not authorized to process.

7. Subscriptions

Some features require a monthly or annual auto-renewable Pro subscription purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Renewal, cancellation, billing, refunds and purchase management are handled under Apple’s terms and your Apple account settings. Restore Purchases may be used for eligible purchases associated with the same Apple account.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, bypass subscription controls, use automated methods that overload the service, upload malicious or unlawful content, violate another person’s rights or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

9. Service Availability

Cloud synchronization, AI processing and other online features depend on internet access and third-party services. We may update, change, limit, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service.

10. Backups and Recordkeeping

You are responsible for maintaining any copies and business records required for your work, taxes, contracts or legal obligations. Do not rely on AI Estimator Pro as the only permanent record of important business information.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Estimator Pro is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G-Labs Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate estimates, AI output, project decisions, missing data, service interruptions or documents created with the app.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or infrastructure, comply with law or enforce these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

14. Privacy

Your use of AI Estimator Pro is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app, services or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
